Versatile colors for meaningful quilts

I am a quilter and I was drawn to the range of colors. I make quilts for newborn babies with no place to go and no parents able to care for them. I make lap quilts for seniors and children in need. Right now I’m making some lap quilts for senior women and then I will make some for the men. For seniors, I like florals for the women and stripes, stars, and plaid for the men. For babies, I like pastels or soft color prints, and for toddlers on up, I like bright colors.
